Bunny Bait

Ingredients

  • Favorite popcorn
  • 2 cups of pretzels
  • 2 cups Cheerios (or another sturdy type of cereal).

Method

After a quick toss of all of the ingredients, pour it evenly onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Melt some white chocolate, drizzle across the top, add some festive sprinkles and Easter M&Ms.

Spring Dessert Board

Ingredients

  • Lemon cookies
  • Malt eggs
  • Fresh melon balls
  • Yogurt covered pretzels
  • Toaster pastries

Brunch Board

Ingredients

  • Sliced ham
  • Egg bites
  • Biscuits
  • Fresh fruit
  • Honey
  • Jams
  • Butter

Method

Kind of charcuterie and kind of more. Cook your biscuits and egg bites and slice the ham the night before, so all you need to do is creatively arrange the items on a pretty platter or board to serve.

Veggie Platter with Hummus

Ingredients

  • Lettuce wedge
  • Peas
  • Radish
  • Carrots
  • Cucumber
  • Scallions
  • Hummus—pick your favorite

Spring Salad with Your Favorite Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients

  • Spring mix
  • Sliced citrus
  • Crumbled goat cheese

Rice Krispie Treat Nests

Instead of spreading your Rice Krispie treat mixture into a pan, simply take small pieces and gently mold them into a nest shape while they’re still a little warm. Jessi recommends wearing gloves to do this as it may take some time to get them to take shape. Add some little malted eggs and edible grass and HOW ADORABLE!
